Priorix® Vaccine by GSK is a live attenuated combined MMR vaccine that provides protection against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella. It is WHO-prequalified and widely used in pediatric immunization programs. Each 0.5 mL dose contains live attenuated virus strains in lyophilized form, supplied with sterile diluent for reconstitution. The vaccine is indicated for children from 9 months of age, adolescents, and adults, helping prevent outbreaks and complications like meningitis, orchitis, and congenital rubella syndrome. Priorix is available in single-dose vials, stored at +2°C to +8°C, and should be administered by a registered medical practitioner.
